LAUREN SAKS

Multi-instrumentalist Lauren Saks has been making a career out of music since moving from Chicago to Nashville in 2011. In November of 2024, she became a full time band member of Blake Shelton and has been playing fiddle, acoustic guitar, and mandolin, and singing background vocals for him ever since. She has appeared on countless stages across the United States and Canada, as well as national television programs such as The Tonight Show, Jimmy Kimmel Live, the Today Show, The Kelly Clarkson Show, Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve, Macy’s 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular, CMA Fest, the ACM Awards, and others.

Lauren was a band member of the Grammy-nominated, Canadian Music Hall of Fame artist, Terri Clark for six years, having joined in 2018. With Terri she toured the US in the fall of 2022 and spring of 2023 opening for Reba McEntire. Performances included the Hollywood Bowl and Madison Square Garden. Lauren made her Grand Ole Opry debut with Terri in February of 2018, and performed there many more times since. From time to time, Lauren also performs with retired St. Louis Cardinal All-Star pitcher—turned-country singer, Adam Wainwright, as well as The Band Perry, Hailey Whitters, and Deana Carter. Lauren received a Master's of Music degree from Belmont University and a Bachelor's of Arts degree from Denison University, having double majored in music performance and creative writing. In her junior year of college, Lauren studied abroad at the Amsterdam Conservatory of Music in The Netherlands. Lauren is proud to be a Breedlove artist.
